This role involves managing QHSE activities, including medical compliance, safety certification, training, incident reporting, and data analysis, to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
- Maintain and update QA/QC procedures, guidelines, and quality management systems.
- Develop and monitor inspection plans, quality controls, and non-conformance processes.
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and assessments to verify material and workmanship quality.
- Provide QA/QC training and technical support to project and site teams.
- Lead or support quality issue investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare quality reports and communicate performance and compliance updates to management.
- Ensure project activities align with applicable laws, industry standards, and internal quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the QHSE Representative on integrated quality and safety initiatives.
- Recommend and support continuous safety improvement efforts.
- Maintain required statistical records, including personnel HSE competency documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelorâs degree in Oil and Gas Engineering, HSE or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 yearsâ experience in oilfield operations and HSE management.
- NEBOSH certification is required.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification is desirable.
- Experience in drilling, oilfield chemicals, or related disciplines is an advantage.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Technical proficiency in risk management, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), and QA/QC reporting.
- Completion of formal QHSE or QA/QC training programs.
