Public Auction Notice tender at Jesa Farm Dairy

JESA Farm Dairy Limited (JFDL) announces the availability of Three (3) Tractors, one (1) moldboard plow and one (1) LT 200 HP3 Air Compressor and two (2) Motorcycles for Disposal by Public Auction.

The Public Auction is scheduled to take place on Thursday, September 16th, 2026, commencing at 10:00am, at JESA Farm Dairy, Plot 210 /212 Busunju.

Prospective bidders are invited to inspect the Farm Equipments at JESA Farm Dairy during working days from 27th August 2026 to 16th September 2026 between 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Please note the following:

a. Members of the public interested in inspecting the Farm Equipments and participating in the Public Auction should present their National ID for access to the premises.

b. The Farm Equipments shall be sold on an "as is, where is" basis and JESA Farm Dairy shall have no further liability after sale.

c. No Farm Equipment shall be sold at a price below the official reserve price.

d. The successful bidder, as announced by the auctioneer at the Public Auction, shall immediately pay a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price.

e. The successful bidder shall within ten (10) working days from the date of the Public Auction, settle the balance of the contract price after which the asset shall be handed over to them. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the down payment.
