Positions: 4 Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Male Nurses to provide quality nursing care and support to male patients in a rehabilitation centre. The successful candidates will assist with patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring of mental health conditions, counselling support, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
- Monitor patients’ physical and mental health and report changes appropriately.
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support patients with daily activities and rehabilitation programmes.
- Assist in managing challenging behaviours and maintaining a safe environment.
- Work closely with doctors, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional nursing standards.
Requirements: - Qualified and licensed/registered nurse.
- Good communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with psychiatric and rehabilitation patients.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is an added advantage.
- One year experience is an added advantage.
