Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the effective management of their assigned company property. The successful candidate will ensure proper maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and efficient day-to-day operations across the property.
Job Description
Ensure rent collections as per company policy
Inspect and monitor the property daily to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety
Supervise landscaping, gardening, and aesthetic improvements to maintain event-ready standards
Coordinate with technical staff and service providers to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for plumbing, electrical, structural, and other facility systems
Monitor service providers and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with contracts
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and repair logs
Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with occupational health standards
Act as the point of contact for facility-related complaints and requests from tenants and event clients
Oversee event setups, ensuring smooth facility usage and customer satisfaction
Record and track garden bookings, events, and related revenues
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Prompt rent collections
- Garden cleanliness and safety ratings
- Customer satisfaction levels from garden and facility usage
- Timeliness and efficiency of maintenance response
- Compliance with occupational health and safety requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 2 yearsâ experience supervising teams
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills
