JOB DETAILS:
The Projects Support Officer, reporting to the Project Manager, will support the project office to ensure that projects are delivered on time, get involved in pre-project activities, and review business processes to ensure lean and efficient customer journeys.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
• At least a Business degree in IT, Statistics, Commerce, Quantitative Economics, or Arts in Economics.
• At least two years’ experience in Project Management for a Financial Services or ICT solutions provider. Experience in Business Process mapping is an added advantage.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Project Management Fundamentals.
• Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
• Good understanding of banking products, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal competencies: Organized, proactive, innovative, etc.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
