Key Responsibilities: Major Activities • Baseline Assessment • Stakeholder Engagement • Community Engagement & Capacity Building • Reforestation Initiatives • Awareness Programs • Climate-Smart Agriculture • Water Conservation • Runoff Management • Efficient Irrigation • Documentation & Reporting • Partnerships & Integration Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position: List academic requirements (if applicable), technical skills, or other knowledge required as a minimum qualification for this position. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering or any other related field. At least 2 years of experience in project implementation, particularly in natural resource management or watershed restoration or in a field related to rural development, livelihoods, ecological restoration, agriculture promotion Strong understanding of environmental degradation, water conservation, and soil management techniques. List additional work experience required as a minimum qualification for this position. Knowledge of Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM), climate-smart agriculture, and nature-based solutions. Experience working with community-based organizations, local governments, and other stakeholders. Knowledge of climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies. Work Hours: 8
