Duties and responsibilities Project Management · Plan and implement project activities within approved budgets and timelines. · Prepare and submit monthly progress reports. · Participate in quarterly and annual project review meetings. · Support project data collection and documentation. · Document and share participant success stories to demonstrate outcomes impact. Coordinate Income Generation Initiatives · Mobilize and recruit vulnerable households into CMSGs. · Identify, recruit, and train community-based facilitators. · Ensure compliance with informal savings group regulations and Stromme Foundations program model. · Build capacity of facilitators to support group operations and sustainability. · Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety standards. · Integrate crosscutting themes, gender, disability inclusion, and climate resilience into all income generation and job creation activities. Stakeholder Engagement, Networking and Collaboration · Link CMSG members to formal financial institutions and development programs. · Represent the organization in local government and NGO forums. · Coordinate advocacy campaigns for beneficiaries as needed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in agriculture, agribusiness, microfinance, entrepreneurship, rural development, or business management.
