Project Lead: Site Acquisition job at Spiro

Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end execution of swapping station projects, from site acquisition to construction, vendor management, and payment follow-ups; Ensuring timely, high-quality rollout aligned with expansion goals.

Key Focus:

Secure and finalize station sites (negotiation & approvals) Manage vendors (onboarding, pricing, performance & compliance) Oversee construction and commissioning Track budgets, validate invoices & coordinate payments Align with Ops, HSE, Finance & Procurement teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Project Management / Business).
• 3-5 years in project execution, construction, or infrastructure rollout.
• Strong negotiation, financial tracking & stakeholder management skills
