These roles are part of a diocesan project dedicated to the ministry of children and youth. - Education: A degree in any of the following fields:
- Social Work & Social Administration
- Social Sciences, Psychology, or Nursing
- Development Studies, Education, or Communication
- Business Administration, Counselling & Guidance, or Child Development (or related field).
- Faith: Must be a mature born-again Christian with a sound testimony.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Additional Advantages:
- Training in project planning/management.
- Formal certification in counselling or child development.
- Supervisory experience is required.
