Bishop Stuart University (BsU), a private, not-for-profit educational institution established by the Ankole Diocese of the Province of the Anglican Church of Uganda to provide Christian-based higher education, training, research and outreach for the expansion of Godâs kingdom, human knowledge and the betterment of society: BSU is implementing the RETI Project in three districts of Kamwenge, Isingiro and Kikuube.
