- A postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, or Monitoring and Evaluation and or Human Rights and Ethics is an added advantage.
Industry Experience i. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management preferably in disability rights, community development, or human rights-based approaches. ii. Knowledge of international and National human rights frameworks and disability inclusive development principles. iii. Experience working with OPDs, CSOs, or local government structures. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Social Development Studies, Human Rights, Administration, Law or any related field.
