Responsibilities or duties
Coordination of the development and implementation of Annual Programme Work Plans and Budgets;
Facilitation of the communication, coordination and cooperation within Programme Institutions;
Coordination of the programme performance review and reporting in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and Office of the Prime Minister;
Organization of Programme meetings, preparation and submission of Minutes and reports to the Head Program Secretariat;
Coordination of the development of Programme Project Proposals, for Key Programme Reforms, in collaboration with programme institutions;
Coordination of periodic surveys on programme outcome indicators and other topical public service delivery issues, to support evidence-based decision making;
Coordination of the functionality of all Programme Working Groups, Programme Technical Working Groups and Programme Leadership Committee; and
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Programme Secretariat;
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
An honors Bachelorâs degree in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Law, Finance and any studies relevant for Private Sector Development.
A Masterâs degree in either Statistics; Monitoring and Evaluation; Project Planning and Management; Public Finance Management; Economics; Public Policy and Administration; or Development Studies
Experience needed
At least nine (9) years of Private Sector Development work experience, of which three (3) years should have been served as a Private Sector Development resource at Principal level in Government or a reputable organization.
