KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate the production team to conduct their activities in the most efficient way in line with company design and protocols.
- Support in process design and machinery redesign and deployment to enhance processes.
- Be responsible for the preventive, general maintenance, and CAPEX deployment. Inspire key story a key role also in setting and ensuring quality standard and HSBO standards, as well as supporting projects and maintenance in other plants in the country as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - Refinites’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-year experience in a related role.
- Have proven track record in managing and monitoring staff performance.
- AutoCAD, Project management, HSBO and operations management courses/proficiency are desirable.
