Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Production, Media, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in event or media production management
- Strong technical background in sound, lighting, and video
- Excellent problem-solving and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight
