Product Manager – Channel Sales Services job at Exquisite Solution

Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring an experienced Product Manager – Channel Sales Services for our client in the telecommunications sector. The position is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing channel sales products and services to drive revenue, improve partner performance, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of IT products and solutions, including computing, storage, and virtualization.
• Ability to independently design IT solutions and provide effective technical guidance to customers.
• Good understanding of key industry sectors in Uganda, particularly government and financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the Ugandan channel market and partner engagement and cooperation models.
• Lead IT solution design, validation, and implementation from concept through execution.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and solution-related issues and provide clear recommendations.
• Confident in presenting IT solutions and value propositions to customers and channel partners.
• Proficient in PPQ, ATC, BOQ configuration, quotation preparation, and related internal processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in channel sales, product management, or a related role, preferably in telecommunications or IT.
• Strong planning and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to work independently and meet targets in a field-based environment.
