This role ensures all customer and operational needs are met in full compliance with approved management systems to maintain uninterrupted operations and support successful project execution. Key Responsibilities - Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage equipment, materials, and inventory to prevent shortages and operational disruptions.
- Coordinate procurement needs and develop accurate procurement plans.
- Execute timely procurement of key equipment, materials, and spare parts.
- Develop and maintain a qualified supplier database and optimize supplier performance.
- Strengthen supply chain stability, efficiency, and cost control.
- Manage procurement payments and financial reporting with transparency and accuracy.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks while enforcing compliance requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, quality, and delivery to ensure reliable supply.
- Support additional management-assigned tasks and drive process innovation.
Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant procurement and supply chain experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proven skills in supplier management, negotiation, and coordination.
- Ability to optimize supply chain stability, efficiency, and cost control.
- Competence in data analysis and effective resource allocation.
- Familiarity with operational and technical requirements relevant to procurement.
- Demonstrated capability in process improvement, digitalization, and innovation in supply chain management.
