PROCUREMENT OF PLANT, DESIGN, MANUFACTURING, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSION OF 1x40MVA 132KV/33KV NJERU SUBSTATION AND ASSOCIATED 132KV LOOP IN LOOP OUT (LILO) TRANSMISSION LINE: UETCL/WORKS /2026-2027/00001

UETCL published a tender on 9th July 2026 in the New Vision. However, during the Pre-bid meeting held on 22nd July 2026, an extension of Bid closing date was requested and other requests for clarifications.

This is to inform all prospective bidders that Addendum No.1 to amend the following;

1) Extension of Bid closing date

a) The Bid closing date has been issued to read as;
b) Bid closing date shall be on Wednesday 23 September 2026
c) Bid validity shall be valid until 28 April 2027
d) Bid Security shall be valid until 30 May 2027.
e) Time and Place of Bid submission remains the same
