RAMEX PETROLEUM REQUIREMENT: A Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering. 4+ years of procurement experience, with at least 1 to 3 years at a supervisory or managerial level, ideally within the East African oil and gas sector. Deep understanding of the Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC) mandates production sharing agreements, and Joint Venture partner requirements. JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and implement annual procurement plans in alignment with corporate budgets and project timelines. Ensure all procurement and disposal activities strictly adhere to the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) and PPDA Act, particularly regarding national content policies. Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate bids and lead complex contract negotiations for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. Draft and review model contracts with legal and financial teams, monitor vendor KPls, and resolve disputes. Maintain a roster of prequalified service providers and monitor supplier performance to ensure cost-efficiency and quality delivery. Enforce stringent Health, Safety, Environment, and Security standards across all procurement and supply chain operations. - Develop and implement annual procurement plans in alignment with corporate budgets and project timelines.
