Role Overview & Scope The Procurement & Logistics Officer handles end-to-end purchasing, vendor relations, mobilization logistics, and customs clearance for maintenance machinery and spare parts. Key Responsibilities - Sourcing & Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate supply terms, and handle purchasing processes.
- Logistics & Customs: Coordinate equipment mobilization logistics and liaise with customs brokers for timely clearance of import/export shipments.
Minimum Requirements & Key Metrics - Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or CIPS certification.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Safety performance, schedule compliance, quality of work, reporting accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate supply terms, and handle purchasing processes.
- Coordinate equipment mobilization logistics and liaise with customs brokers for timely clearance of import/export shipments.
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or CIPS certification.
