PRINCIPAL NURSING OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Staff Coordination & HR Functions.
Conduct daily ward rounds and oversee infection control practices.
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing programs, schedules, and objectives aligned with KMCH goals.
Lead development and revision of nursing procedure guides to improve care quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Added Advantage: Postgraduate qualification (Diploma or Master's) in Health Services Management, Administration, or related field.
Must be registered with UNMC and hold a valid practising licence
3-5 years of progressive nursing experience, including prior senior/supervisory role.
