Principal Management Analyst job at Public Service Commission

Background information about the job or company:

The incumbent will be responsible to the Assistant Commissioner, Management Services for performing various duties related to designing, developing, and reviewing institutional structures and systems for efficient public service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and reviewing institutional structures and systems
• Undertaking job evaluation and job analysis
• Studying and analyzing government policies, laws, plans, and programs
• Conducting research on productivity enhancement practices

Qualifications:

• Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Management
• Masters Degree in any of the above fields

Experience needed:

Minimum of six (06) years relevant working experience, with three (03) years at the level of Senior Management Analyst in Government.
