The role integrates pedagogical leadership, digital transformation, teacher capacity-building, and curriculum innovation—especially in early years thematic teaching and upper primary exam preparation. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education.
- At least 5 years of classroom teaching experience, with 2+ years in a coordination or academic leadership role.
- Training or certification in pedagogical leadership or instructional coaching is an advantage.
- Experience in preparing candidates for PLE (Primary Leaving Examinations) is required.
- Demonstrated use of digital tools in education.
