PROVISION OF OFFICE STATIONERY, PRINT STATIONERY, FOOD ITEMS (FRESH AND DRY), BUILDING MATERIALS, COMPUTERS AND COMPUTER ACCESSORIES, CONSTRUCTION WORKS(GENERAL CONSTRUCTIONS, BUILDING MAINTENANCE & RENOVATIONS), STUDENTS UNIFORMS(SHIRTS, TROUSERS, SKIRTS), SWEATERS, T-SHIRTS AND SHORTS, LABORATORY CHEMICALS AND EQUIPMENTS, METAL FABRICATION, FURNITURE, REPAIR AND FITTINGS, FUMIGATION AND SANITARY SERVICES, ENGRAVING SERVICES, DRUGS, TEXT BOOKS, FUELS AND LUBRICANTS, PLUMBING MATERIALS

Procurement Reference Number: LSS/SPLS/2026-2027

1. Luwero Secondary School invites sealed bids from eligible and suitably qualified bidders for these supplies, services and works.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Luwero Secondary School and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6(c) from 9:00am to 4:00pm during official working hours.
4. A complete set of Pre-qualification Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 6(c) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 150,000/= (One hundred fifty thousand shillings only) for each bid.
   The method of payment will be cash to the school Bursars office, who will issue you a receipt.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 6(c) before 17th September, 2026 at 10:30 am.
6. Late bids will be rejected.
7. (a) Documents may be inspected at:
   • Same as in No. (6) below.
   • (b) Documents will be issued from:
   • Same location as in No. 6(c) below.
   • (c) Bids must be delivered to:
   • School Bursar's office or Procurement & Disposal Unit Luwero SS.
8. Luwero Secondary School reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or all bids.
