CPP is looking for a Planning Coordinator to manage project interfaces and ensure progress tracking for a major oil and gas pipeline project. Responsibilities: - Coordinate project interfaces across engineering, construction, and subcontractor teams.
- Manage interface documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Track changes and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Facilitate communication among teams to support project milestones.
- Monitor progress and report updates to project management.
- Resolve interface-related issues to maintain project timelines.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in interface management for pipeline projects.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate team collaboration.
- Project coordination skills to manage multiple interfaces.
- Problem-solving abilities to address interface challenges.
- Attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
