Minimum Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelorâs Degree in Physical Planning; or Land Use Planning; or Urban and Regional Planning; or City/ Urban Planning; or Town and Regional Planning; or any other related discipline from a recognized University/ Institution
Working Experience
Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Physical Planner for performing the following duties:-
- Implementing research activities for inputs into the review and reform of physical planning regulatory and compliance framework;
- Participating in the provision of technical support and capacity building programmes for local governments and other stakeholders in the field of physical planning;
- Conducting physical planning audits and related activities;
- Providing administrative support in the maintenance of an updated data base/ depository for approved physical plans in the Ministry;
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
