JOB SUMMARY

On behalf of our client, a leading real estate developer, we are seeking a Photography and Video Editor to produce professional photo and video content that showcases its properties, strengthens brand visibility and supports sales, managing production from concept to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan shoots in line with the marketing calendar, with concepts, shot lists and production schedules.
• Photograph and film developments, show units, interiors, amenities and surrounding areas.
• Produce property walkthroughs, promotional videos, testimonials and event coverage, and document construction progress.
• Edit photos and videos (retouching, colour grading, sound, subtitles and graphics) for web, social media and ads.
• Keep an organised, backed-up archive of footage, photos and edit files, and handle production equipment responsibly.
