Pharmacy Technician (Hoima) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support the safe dispensing, storage, and management of medicines while providing quality pharmaceutical services under the supervision of a pharmacist. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and dispense medications as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and inventory.
- Receive, store, and monitor pharmaceutical stock.
- Provide patients with medication instructions under pharmacist supervision.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in stock counts, ordering, and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
Requirements - Diploma in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology.
- Valid registration and practicing license where applicable.
- Previous experience in a hospital or community pharmacy is preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
