We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a PET Strap Production (Extrusion) Line Technician.

Purpose:
The PET Strap Production (Extrusion) Line Technician will be responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining PET extrusion machinery to ensure efficient production, product quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor PET extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment.
2. Set and adjust machine parameters to achieve product specifications.
3. Conduct routine quality checks on PET straps and related products.
4. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment faults.
5. Monitor raw material usage and minimize production waste.
6. Maintain accurate production and machine performance records.
7. Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
8. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Certificate, Diploma, or Technical Training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience operating extrusion machinery in a manufacturing environment.
3. Experience in PET tightening strap production or extrusion is a must.
4. Knowledge of mechanical systems, quality control procedures, and industrial safety practices.
