Responsibilities or duties: - Drawing up and monitoring appointments and programmes
- Taking dictation, transcribing and presenting accurate work
- Attending to callers in person or on the telephone
- Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and conveying decisions
- Drafting routine letters
- Managing records and office stationery
- Supervising Secretarial and Support Personnel
Qualifications or requirements: - Honours Bachelorâs Degree in Secretarial Studies or related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
Experience needed: Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience at the level of Stenographer Secretary in Government. - Drawing up and monitoring appointments and programmes
