JOB DETAILS: Candidate Profile Qualifications & Experience: • Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience. • A minimum of 10 years of international experience in drilling and or completion engineering. 3 years minimum exposure to operations. 1 year or more experience in a Method, digital or HSE position is a plus. • Demonstrated management skills with contract management experience. • Multidisciplinary operational competencies in drilling, completion and well interventions (at least 2 out of 3 disciplines). • Master in problem analysis, decision making, teamwork and leadership. Good human relation and communication skill, with right balance of diplomacy and firmness with Contractors Activities Main Duties and Responsibilities: HSE • Set up HSE objectives for the Drilling & Well division with the D&W Manager. • Promote the HSE on the site to improve the HSE performances. • Report the KPIs as well as all anomalies or incident. Participate in their analysis and define preventive measures in order to avoid re-occurrence. • Update SYNERGI / STREAM (or equivalent) database 48 hours after an incident and follow up of the actions in collaboration with superintendents. • Manage the downgraded situations. • Organize & prepare the Causes Tree Analysis according to the rules of the company. Ensure that an action plan with corrective measures is put in place while informing DSO / FP. • Ensure the implementation of the Site Response Plan, test them regularly. • Ensure the weekly, monthly and annual HSE reporting of the D&W Division. • Ensure transversal monitoring of all actions between all companies. • Contact the HSE Division of the subsidiary as the HSE Correspondent of the Drilling and Well entity. • Follow up the FP Referential in the Drilling & Well Division and disseminate it to the different entities. • Prepare, in liaison with the concerned superintendents / department head, requests for exemptions and manage their implementation and monitoring. • Prepare and maintain contractual and other organizational documents (bridging documents, POI, BOCP, etc.) • Ensure that COMOPS & SIMOPS procedures are written or updated (special instructions, COMPOS & SIMOPS matrix, etc.) • Coordinate the feedback and ensure the dissemination of Safety Alerts on the Sites. • Control the quality of the Safety inductions on the Sites and monitoring the Contractor's HSE performance • Monitor the HSE performance of rig contractors and service providers in liaison with DHSE (audit of service provider databases, etc.) Quality · Plan in conjunction with the various department heads the SQMs, participate and follow-up. Operations and Management • Instruct and follow D&W related derogations versus DSO/FP and HSE CR or GS. • Develop the TEPU Blow out Contingency Plan and ensure the readiness of the D&W Emergency Response room. • Organize medium-scale exercises to ensure the consistency of the Blow Out Contingency Plan. • Maintain regular contact with the TOTAL Well Response team as a "Champion". • Develop the major risk register for DFC activities. • Contract owner of the HSE technical assistance company – if relevant (choice of the candidate and hiring through the company, follow-up, invoices) • Search for improvement of equipment, services and procedures to provide better safety in operations. • Ensure the adequacy of personnel, equipment and services to the requirements related to Safety and respect for the environment. Recruitment & Training • Work with TEPU HR, DW managers on job descriptions for TEPU recruitment and for contracted positions (national and expatriates). • Prepare and participate to candidates interviews. • Organize relevant induction meetings such as beginning of D&W campaign team building with relevant stake holders. • Monitor and promote HSE mandatory training for all Drilling & Well staff as per CR EP FP 250. • Monitor and promote D&W discipline technical mandatory training as per CR EP FP 121.
