Required qualifications and profile: A minimum of âOâ Level certificate or related qualification with at least 2 years working experience in a busy research institution setting. Ability to smoothly adapt to a research environment, have or be willing to acquire training in GCP/HSP. The individual should be able to build trust and rapport with study participants, as well be able to relate with the interests of adolescent girls and young women. Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain up to date knowledge of the approved research protocol and related documents, including GCP/HSP and study specific training.
- Working collaboratively with study participants and co-workers.
- Receive study participants and ensure their welfare including access to meals & refreshments as provided by the Study.
- Register and verify study participants/Visitors, assist with managing clinic visit flow.
- Support in designated administrative duties, such as sending and receiving emails, answering telephone calls, capturing meeting minutes and completing required documentation.
- Work closely with study team members to address participantsâ problems and answer questions.
- Offer transferable vocational income generating skills to study participants including but not limited to cookery, crafting, hair dressing and cosmetics etc.
- Participate in any other related duties reasonably assigned by the relevant authorities.
