Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills) - Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) minimum
- Caring, compassionate character; ability to work with vulnerable mothers and newborns
- Willingness to follow nursing and ward protocols at all times (full training provided)
- Ability to perform physical care tasks: lifting, positioning, and assisting with hygiene
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts including nights and weekends
- Luo required; basic English literacy required
