Responsibilities - Sell spare parts and accessories to customers and workshops while meeting sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using existing customer profiles.
- Advise customers on suitable spare parts based on technical knowledge of trucks and buses.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotions, and parts availability.
- Collaborate with the service team to align parts sales with workshop requirements.
- Maintain professional conduct consistent with company standards and brand values.
Education Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Experience Requirements - Minimum 2 years of parts sales experience.
- Proven experience in client relationship management.
- Demonstrated success in sales target achievement.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in the heavy trucks and buses sector is preferred.
