JOB DETAILS:
Key Performance Areas.
• Identify new and retain existing parts customers;
• Identify and document customers’ parts needs;
• Offer technical advice to customers regarding the various parts requirements and accessories appropriate for their needs.
• Ensure the safety and security of the outlet, spare parts, and assets.
• Ensure proper management and arrangement of the outlet.
• Management of sales financial transactions and control of the sales operations.
• Retain and grow ENGSOL customer base and timely customer service delivery.
• Effectively share sales daily reports with the line supervisor
• Management of spare parts stock levels in line with customer needs.
• Smoothly liaise with the sales team at the head office.
• Keep a daily record of lost sales and communicate it on a daily basis
Person Specifications & Qualifications
• Diploma in Mechanical /Agricultural Engineering.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any of the above fields is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the automotive /Agri-mechanical industry.
• Knowledgeable in tractor/Mechanical operations and business management.
• Handson experience in inventory management is desirable
• Knowledge of computer skills
• Preference is a candidate within Mayuge town.
