This role identifies funding opportunities, cultivates donor relationships, and coordinates submissions to ensure MHAâs programs are financially supported and strategically aligned. Key Responsibilities: - Map potential donors, partners, and funding opportunities across anglophone and francophone regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with funders, government, INGOs, and research institutions.
- Lead submission of funding proposals in collaboration with the Grants & Proposal Officer.
- Track and report on fundraising pipelines and opportunities.
- Represent MHA in donor meetings, partnership forums, and networking events.
- Support branding and visibility efforts linked to resource mobilization.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Development Studies, Business, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 3â5 yearsâ experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or resource mobilization.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of donor landscapes in anglophone and francophone regions.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
