Working with the Partnerships Lead and colleagues across the organisation, you will identify and cultivate partnerships with institutional donors, NGOs, foundations, companies, and other stakeholders to strengthen MYCP's long-term sustainability. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in partnerships and business development, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and nonprofit development within a global youth-led organisation. You will report to the Partnerships Lead. This is a fully remote, volunteer position, with an expected commitment of 3â5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities - Research and identify potential partners, sponsors, funders, and supporters aligned with MYCP's mission
- Establish collaborative partnerships with organisations and institutions
- Help identify grant, funding, and sponsorship opportunities suitable for MYCP
- Support the preparation of funding applications, expressions of interest, and donor communications
- Maintain records of partnership and fundraising activities using MYCP's systems
- Work collaboratively with teams across #THINK, #DELIVER, and #ENGAGE to identify partnership opportunities and support organisational initiatives
- Contribute ideas to diversify MYCP's fundraising activities and strengthen organisational sustainability

Person Specification - Aged between 18 and 30 years old
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Confidence communicating professionally with external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within an international team
- Previous experience in fundraising, partnerships, sales, business development, or grant writing is desirable but not required
- Passion for youth participation, international collaboration, and creating positive social impact
