- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in engaging new people and building rapport.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based, or hybrid environment.
What Success Looks Like: - High-quality support leading to faster deal closures.
- New partners sourced and signed independently. (at least 10 in the first 3 months)
- A growing, well-managed partner database. (50+ partners)
- Positive feedback from both internal teams and partners.
