JOB DETAILS:
Our client is a dynamic marketing firm renowned for delivering innovative advertising solutions that merge traditional mediums with digital strategies. They specialize in creating high-impact, engaging campaigns that reach broad audiences and drive conversions.
The firm is seeking a skilled Paid Media Buyer with experience in both Meta and Google platforms to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a strong understanding of the U.S. market, has fluent English communication skills, and has experience with B2B and B2B2C campaigns.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
• Platform Management: Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, ensuring they are optimized for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
• Strategic Ad Planning: Strategize ad placements, budgeting, and audience segmentation to maximize reach and impact.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives and strategies, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
• Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with graphic designers to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals and brand aesthetics.
• B2B Marketing: Apply general B2B marketing knowledge to craft targeted advertising strategies that resonate with business clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven Ad Buying Expertise: Extensive experience with Meta and Google advertising platforms, with a track record of managing successful B2B campaigns.
• Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in campaign analytics and reporting, with the ability to glean insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
• B2B/B2B2C Experience: Background in B2B and, ideally, B2B2C marketing, with an understanding of how to navigate and leverage these markets for advertising.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, crucial for negotiating and strategizing with clients and team members.
• Graphic Design Collaboration: Experience working alongside graphic designers or direct experience in graphic design is highly advantageous.
• Strategic Planning: Ability to develop comprehensive ad strategies that effectively target key demographics and meet client objectives.
