This is a contract role (5 hours per week, 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday) that offers flexibility, autonomy, and high earning potential. The base pay is in your local currency, plus generous commission for deals closed. Responsibilities ⢠Lead Generation & Outreach - Identify and engage potential clients using your network, LinkedIn, email, and cold-calling. ⢠Client Relationship Building - Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and business owners. ⢠Sales Pipeline Management - Track leads, follow up on conversations, and keep opportunities moving. ⢠Sales Presentations & Pitches - Clearly communicate the value of Rosies People services to prospective clients. ⢠Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with our consultancy team to align sales strategies with client needs ⢠Market & Industry Research - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client challenges to position our solutions effectively. Requirements We want self-driven sales professionals who excel at building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. Ideal Candidates Have: ⢠Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (1+ years) ⢠A strong professional network of HR leaders, business owners, or decision-makers ⢠Excellent communication & negotiation skills ⢠A results-driven mindset - self-motivated and able to meet targets independently ⢠Experience in HR, consulting, staffing, or recruitment services (preferred, but not required) ⢠Ability to work autonomously without the need for constant oversight ⢠Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
