Through our mobile app, merchants offer financial services, mobile money transfers, bank deposits, and bill payments while tracking daily sales and inventory and building a credit profile that unlocks access to unsecured loans. To support business growth and strengthen the companyâs market presence, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional to fill the position of Outfield Head of Marketing. This position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer, and it will be based at Head Office. Key responsibilities - Execute field marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and market penetration.
- Manage activations, roadshows, events, branch visits, and agent recruitment.
- Drive customer engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Expand market reach and territory coverage.
- Lead and support field teams and agents.
- Monitor sales, acquisition, recruitment, and campaign performance.
- Manage field marketing resources and promotional materials.
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback.
Requirements or Qualifications - Bachelorâs degree in a business-related field
- Professional training in marketing research, strategic planning, product development, actuarial practice, product risk analysis, and stress testing, or any relevant field is an added advantage.
- Membership in professional marketing bodies such as UMS and CIM.
- 2-5 years of work experience in a similar role
