The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end driver lifecycle, implement data-driven strategies to ensure driver availability and efficiency, oversee daily ride operations, and build partnerships that add value for drivers, riders, and the business. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end driver lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
- Implement data-driven strategies to ensure driver availability and efficiency.
- Oversee daily ride operations to deliver excellent service.
- Analyze operational and trip data to identify improvements.
- Build partnerships that add value for drivers, riders, and the business.
- Collaborate across teams and support projects and initiatives that drive growth.
Requirements: - A degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years operational experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in tech, transport, or the sharing economy is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
