On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join their Uganda office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day operational processes
• Streamlining workflows across departments
• Implementing company policies and standard procedures
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a closely related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a logistics role
• Knowledge of customs, import/export processes and freight operations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
