Responsibilities: - Analysis of financial results, monitor key performance metrics, analyze variances, identify trends and recommend actions to management, including branch profitability analysis.
- Produce financial reports and develop strategies for long-term financial goals.
- Prepare cash flow statements and forecasts to support cash flow planning.
- Support fundraising efforts from origination to reporting.
- Collaborating with business units to develop accurate and realistic budgets and forecasts that align with the companyâs overall goals.
- Creating and interpreting financial models to support decision-making and assess the commercial viability of new projects or strategies.
- Identify risks, areas for operational efficiency and workflow improvements.
- Design, implement, and manage financial projects.
- Serve as a liaison between finance and operations.
- Carry out operational reconciliations affecting financials.
Qualifications: - Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- Five years of relevant experience in a mid-senior finance role.
