Simo job agency is seeking a reliable and proactive Office Attendant to join our team. This role requires an individual who can ensure the smooth daily operations of our office by providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining office cleanliness and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Assisting in organizing and setting up meetings, events, and conferences.
• Handling office supplies and ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, receiving phone calls, packages, and deliveries.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and appointments as needed.
• Offering support to staff with any other office-related tasks.
Qualifications:
• A Diploma in any relevant field.
• Minimum experience of years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and technology.
