Responsibilities - Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and job applicants in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and letters.
- Maintain and update filing systems (both physical and electronic).
- Assist the HR and Finance departments with basic data entry and record-keeping.
- Ensure the general office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Qualifications & Skills - Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administration or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.
