Notice Under Open Bidding For Consultancy Services For The Preparation Of The Annual State Of The Investment Report tender job at Uganda Investment Authority (UIA)

1. Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) is a semi-autonomous government agency established under the Investment Code Act, Cap. 2 to coordinate, promote, and facilitate Domestic and Foreign Investment (DPI FDI) in Uganda, and to advise Government on policies to improve the investment distance and has received funds from Government of Uganda to be used for the consultancy services for the preparation of the annual state of the investment report.

2. Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) invites sealed proposals for consultancy services for the preparation of the annual state of the investment report.

3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 2.06 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders/consultants.

4. Interested eligible bidders/consultants may obtain further information and inspect the proposal documents at the address given below at 8 (a) from 8.00 am to 6.00am during working hours.

5. The bidding document may be purchased by interested Bidders/Consultants from the address at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand). The method of payment will be made to UIA non tax revenue through URA Portal.

6. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8 (c) at or before 20th November 2025 at 11:00am.

7. All bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Upx 700,000,000 (One Hundred Million Uganda shamps) and shall be valid until 30th February 2025. Late proposals shall be rejected.

8. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 (c) at 20th November 2025 at 2:00pm.
