Notice Of Addendum tender at Bank of Uganda

Reference is made to the advertisements that were made in the New Vision and Monitor News Papers on Tuesday June 23, 2026, for the following tender.

This is to inform all bidders that participated in the Mandatory Pre-bid Meetings as follows:

1. The Bank has issued an Addendum to the Bidding Document for this tender.
2. The Bank has provided an Addended Bidding Document for this tender including ALL changes made.
3. The Minutes for the Mandatory Pre-bid Meetings held, and responses to all clarifications raised regarding this tender are now available.
4. Participating bidders (who attended all the Mandatory Pre-bid Meetings) may obtain all the above documents from the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.org (under the Procurement Tab).
5. The Bid Submission Deadline has been extended from 11.00am EAT of Thursday August 6, 2026 to 11:00am EAT on Thursday August 27, 2026.
