About the Company:

True North Consult Ltd is a boutique HR Consultancy Firm that offers bespoke HR solutions to selected clients in various sectors and industries across East Africa, with operational offices in Kampala, Nairobi and Kigali.

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the S&D KYC Database and daily performance reporting

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

KYC database management

Create databases.
Maintains and deletes as appropriate.

Reporting

Derives regular reports and shares the same for business decisions.
Liaison between IT, CX and S&D with regard to reporting and technical data uploads.

KYC Device Management

Runs acceptance tests for new devices scheduled for use in the registration process.

Capability Development

Trains the D – teams on use of the S&D Acquisition Applications
Resets pins for Retailers and Freelancers

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

University Degree, preferably in Business
Good computer skills
Analytics and data management
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
