About Organisation:

Twahirah Islamic Center is a religious and educational organization that is determined to spread and teach Islam across the world through various programs. The Center is licensed by the government of Uganda and fully registered with Uganda Muslim Supreme Council. Twahirah Islamic Center propagates divine knowledge as found in the Quran and the Sunnah (Prophetic Explanations) and all activities are guided and do not contradict the teachings of Islam.

Job Summary: Twahirah Islamic Center is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance team in managing daily financial operations. The ideal candidate must have a solid foundation in accounting practices and the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a remote setting.
Credit management skills.
