Job Summary: We are seeking to a motivated skilled Customer Care Officer to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers through various communication channels, providing essential products and service information, and ensuring accurate record keeping. It you thrive in a fast paced environment and possesses strong communication skills, we are looking for you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle Inquiries from Customers and Staff:
Educate Customers about Products and Services:
Make and Receive Calls:
Actively Participate in Team Meetings:
Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Customer Records:
Engage in Sales Activities:
Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly, with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction.
Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly when they arrive at the office and provide them with relevant information or assistance.
Monitor and Report on Customer Feedback:
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, such as sending out promotional emails, SMS, or other communication to customers.
Provide support for basic office administration tasks, such as managing the reception area, sorting incoming mail, and handling deliveries
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Candidates should be 30 years or younger at the time of application.
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite and software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards.
